Revisit what you think you've learned in this lifetime. Figure out what you are still doing without focus, without being aware of your words, actions, or reactions. Then take an honest look at your Self and commit to making the changes in you that need to be made for life.
It is a fact, and it's kinda funny, that people have a hard time breaking habits. It is a fact (for a lot of people) that it seems easier to put things off, make excuses, and avoid change. But, is it really easier? Sure, buckling down and getting things done takes effort, but isn't the resultant feeling of achievement well worth it? Have you ever felt that?
If not, you could probably use some change in your life. Isn't feeling, whether it's good or bad, better than no feeling at all? The answer to that, in my book, is a resounding yes. Life is all about taking the good with the bad. You cannot have one without the other. Without both, people tend to either take everything for granted, or build up piles of resentment. Without feeling, you don't exactly have a life. Learn to analyze your life, and your situation.
Learn to channel your energy into things that will give you more energy. Learn to stop taking energy away from the people around you. Learn to laugh about and shrug off your shortcomings, and build on your personal character assets. You can make any situation in life seem more positive if you just stop and ask yourself, "All things considered ... What am I doing?"
